History
From Jenny’s to jets! Developed in 1919, Aviation Field provided a runway for the first airplane, a wood/canvas “Jenny” owned by Dr. Harry Buffum. Flying his own aircraft allowed him access to rural patients, contact his 1920’s vehicle could not provide.
