HISTORY– SkyWest Airlines began in 1972, and is a primary connection that gives access for small and medium-sized communities to the global airline network. SkyWest has approximately 2,500 daily departures (more flights than any other regional airline in the world) to over 250 cities with a fleet of nearly 500 aircraft. In 2018, SkyWest flew 38.8 million passengers. SkyWest was named one of “Fortune World’s” Most Admired Companies and ATW Regional Airline of the Year for the third time in 2019.
SERVICE– Reliable jet service will continue between Sheridan and Denver. Passengers will enjoy the quiet, comfortable Bombardier CRJ200 50-seat jet. SkyWest is a leading CRJ200 operator and has been named the manufacturer’s most reliable operator in North America five times.
RELIABILITY in the last 12 months shows that, of the 2,066 United Express by SkyWest flights scheduled from three Wyoming airports, only four were cancelled due to controllable events (i.e. aircraft maintenance).
BOOKING INTERRUPTIONS – Book flights immediately at united.com, the United app, or by calling United reservations at 800-UNITED1 (800-864-8331). Tickets can also be purchased on all the (OTA’s) Online Travel Agencies. i.e., Travelocity, Expedia, Kayak, Cheap-O-air. etc.
CODE-SHARE RELATIONSHIP – The code-share relationship with United Airlines means best ticket pricing, and competitive with other Wyoming airports. Flyers can earn/redeem United MileagePlus frequent flyer miles through United Express. Passenger protection will occur during irregular operations. Also all passenger’s luggage will be transferred automatically at the next airport.
